An Al-Fikr Tuition student will be considered an enrolled student and payment of fees are expectedas normal. If a student wishes to discontinue their classes with Al-Fikr Tuition the parent or guardianneeds to give Al-Fikr Tuition 14 days notice in writing. This can be done by sending an email [email protected] or a message including the student’s name, year and when their last daywill be. The date which the parent or guardian advises Al-Fikr Tuition will be the start of the 14 day notice period.
Within the 14 day notice period tuition fees are payable. The parent or guardian will be refundedany paid tuition fees for the remainder of the term minus the two weeks of tuition fees to cover the14 day notice period. Any outstanding fees will need to be paid to Al-Fikr Tuition as soon as possible including the 14 day notice period
