Class Rules

All classes from year 5 up to 12 are segregated between males and females and during break times.

Students must also be picked up on time! A 15- minute timeframe is granted. For every 5 minutes after that a $5 penalty will be issued with their invoice. Therefore, if a parent is late half an hour a $15 late fee is incurred. Exceptions may be granted upon approval with the principal and an agreement form must be signed.

Students must be on time when attending classes and no more than 10 minutes early as there is nobody to keep an eye on them any earlier than that.

Being on time is essential as classes begin with Dua and intentions which is important for the peace and barakah in the classroom.

All required textbooks must be brought to class. By the first day, students must already have all their textbooks.

Picking and dropping off students

We have a parking officer who will be managing traffic during class drop-offs and pick-ups on Friday and Saturday mornings. There will also be an usher who will ensure only students and parents who need to make a payment or who have confirmed appointments are allowed upstairs.

Parking rules

No parking on the red line at any time (refer to image below) – this parking is for staff & deliveries only.
No parking in driveway OR behind the building at any time.
No double parking.
No standing vehicle for more than 5 mins on green line – consider other parents. The only exception is if your vehicle is parked on green line there for arranged appointment.
If you need to see a teacher, admin, or principal - it is by appointment only.
If you want to pay fees you may visit the office to do so as quick as is able.
If you have children starting at different times (e.g. 9.00 and 9.30), drop them all off at the same time and the usher will take them to their respective classrooms.
